My Philosophy

My philosophy is very simple (and the finer details are always changing):

  • Cook from scratch as much as possible.
  • Eat real food.
  • Eat whole foods, prepared traditionally.
  • Eat the highest quality meats and produce that you can afford. (Organic in my home)
  • Avoid anything processed or refined.
  • Avoid trans fats and hydrogenated oils.
  • Avoid refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup.
